Cycle for Life

This blog is about my Charity bike ride to raise money for the Jessop Wing Neonatal Unit in Sheffield

Thursday, 21 December 2006

Frosty day in the city, me and the ballast off for a quick 8 mile cycle.

My leg strength is improving and I am now able to attack hills peddling in lower gears, sometimes I have to make a retreat though.

On return the ballast was a little bit cold at the fingers and toes.

Derailleur on cycle a bit trouble some at the moment, misses gears out leaving my legs spinning and no traction.
